What's New Pussy Cat? Whoaoaoaooao...

Crimson is pretty much potty trained!

Did you hear me!?

CRIMSON IS pretty much POTTY TRAINED!!!!

Now that I've written that she will regress.  But, I must shout this triumph from the rooftop, because it was not anywhere near this easy with Simeon.

Say it with me now, "Crimson is pretty much potty trained!"  Want to do it again?  No?  Ok, then...

If you see Eliana you should wave at her?  Why?  Because she waves back!!!  I just discovered this today and it was the cutest thing.  She woke up from her nap and I told her to tell Bubba hi.  So she smiled real big, stuck her little arm in the air and Waved!  I was so overjoyed I made Simeon tell her hi again.  And again.  And again.  Then I called Jarrod and told him to wave at her when he comes home.  If I see you tonight, at church, then I will tell you to also.

Simeon is quite taken with tornadoes.  He probably never talks to you, but if you ask him about tornadoes he just might talk to you for an hour.  As long as it's about tornadoes.

I was going to write a blog post about our cat, Spatz, but then some cat pooped in our *potato bags and I started hating cats everywhere.  Now that I've thrown water at the suspected neighbor's cat I will tell you about our cat, Spatz.

I think he's retarded.  But, sometimes he makes me think he's quite smart.  He'll stick his head under something, like a bed, and seriously thinks he's hiding.

I put Eliana down for a nap the other day and saw Spatz sticking his head under Crimson's bed.  I don't like for Spatz to be in the kids' room while they are sleeping, because he will somehow keep them from sleeping.  So I snapped my fingers to let him know he needs to leave, which usually works, except when he's "hiding".  He didn't budge.  I called his name and snapped.  Nothing.  I had to pull him out from under the bed.  He seems to seriously think that if he can't see us then we can't see him.  Yes, our cat is part ostrich.

*potato bags - We are trying to grow potatoes in trash bags in our front yard.
