Homeschooling Funnies

We are working on coloring things realistic colors.  As part of the kids' school work we read a Bible story and color a picture that goes with it.  Today's story was about Abraham and Isaac (where Abraham takes Isaac to be sacrificed, but God provides a ram instead).  The coloring sheet was of a ram caught in a bush.  When I handed the paper to Simeon I told him that sheep are either gray, black, white, or brown.  He told me, "White!  God told me they are white."  Then he found the white crayon and began to color with it.  "Mommy", he said, " white doesn't work."  A few minutes later I called Jarrod and Simeon wanted to talk to him.  "Daddy", he said, "the white crayon doesn't work.  Can you fix it?"
